*Delivery is free in all European Union countries with the exception of some islands, European countries outside the single market and some extra large parcels (corner sofas, or large marble tables).
Delivery costs will be extra for Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, some Greek islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores and Tenerife.
To find out if your country has free shipping, select your products, fill in your details and your delivery address. If no supplement appears, then delivery is free!
- If you chose home delivery:
o The delivery will be delivered to the front door by our shipping partners. For bulky orders (marble tables, wooden tables, marble lamps, sofas, beds,...), please take the necessary measures or additional help to bring the boxes inside your home. If you have a special request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number. We will ask our delivery partner if your request is feasible and its potential cost.
o You will be notified of delivery of your package by the delivery company by phone or email
o If you are not at home, a document will be posted through the letterbox, informing you of the attempted delivery. You will be able to arrange a second appointment directly with the courier or via their website
o In the event of delivery with ‘Mondial Relay’: an appointment will be arranged in advance at your convenience
o In the event that there is no one to receive the parcel for the second attempted delivery, the cost of the second delivery will be charged to the customer
- If you have chosen a delivery relay point: you will be notified by the delivery company of the delivery of your package by email or telephone. You have a period of 15 days in which to collect your package before it is returned. In the event of non-collection, the transport costs of the second delivery will be charged to the customer.
- Damage: in the event of damage or reservations on delivery, you can;
o Refuse the package and detail the reasons for the refusal on the delivery note presented by the driver and notifying us of your refusal at email@example.com
o Accept the package and detailing precisely your reservations on the delivery note presented by the driver. If the damage is minor, compensation may be offered.
o Stating and detailing the reasons and reservations are essential to ensuring a refund of your order and to activate the insurance.
o For any other reason, in accordance with the European Consumer Protection Act, you have 14 days to cancel your order by informing us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
