DELIVERY in ALL EU countries, UK, Switzerland

Diiiz delivers in all European Union countries. The delivery is free to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

For the other EU countries, the delivery is free for small parcels, but extra delivery costs could be applied depending on the size and the weight of the product.

💡 To find out the shipping cost, select your products, fill in your details and your delivery address, the website will automatically calculate the delivery cost for you.

For countries outside the European Union (Great Britain, Switzerland etc.), customs fees will be applied according to the import rules applied in the country.

-        If you chose home delivery:

  • The parcel will be delivered to the front door by our shipping partners. For bulky orders (marble tables, wooden tables, marble lamps, sofas, beds,...), please take the necessary measures or organize additional help to bring the boxes inside your home. If you have a special request, please contact us at [email protected], we will ask our delivery partner if your request is feasible and its potential cost.
  • You will be notified of delivery of your package by the delivery company by phone or email
  • If you are not at home, a document will be posted through the letterbox, informing you of the attempted delivery. You will be able to arrange a second appointment directly with the courier.
  • If you fail to be present for the second delivery, the cost of the third delivery will be charged to the customer. 

-        If you have chosen the delivery in a “Collection point: you will be notified by the delivery company by email or telephone. You have 10 days to collect your order before it is sent back to our warehouse. If a second delivery is required, the cost of the second delivery will be charged to the customer.

-        Damage: If the parcel is damaged

  • Accept the package and detail precisely your claim on the delivery note presented by the driver. If the damage is minor, a compensation may be offered.
  • Diiiz will organize the return on the second stage.
  • Stating and detailing the reasons of your claim is essential to ensuring a refund of your order and to activate the insurance.
