We want to make the order process as transparent as possible. At any time you can log into your account and check the status of your order. You can also contact us by email or through our chat. We will respond within 48 hours.
Once your order has been registered, a confirmation email is sent to your email address. The order confirmation includes the waiting time and order number. This is the reference for your order and should be mentioned in any questions to the Diiiz team.
A notification will be sent to you at each stage of the production process: from the end of production to the arrival to our warehouse in Europe and the departure of your package. This allows you to follow your items in real time until it arrives at your home!
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you and you will be contacted by the company in charge of delivery (by phone or email) to arrange a delivery date.
We work with experienced logistic companies, depending on location, to ensure the best delivery times.
If your working hours do not allow you to be at home during the week, a collection option at the delivery point closest to you is also available for small and medium sized packages. Unfortunately, this collection point method is not possible for sofas, marble tables, and other bulky packages.
