Delivery terms

The delivery will be delivered to the front door by our shipping partners. For bulky orders (marble tables, wooden tables, marble lamps, sofas, beds,...), please take the necessary measures or additional help to bring the boxes inside your home. If you have a special request, please contact us at info@diiiz.com and mention your order number. We will ask our delivery partner if your request is feasible and its potential cost. 

LE BREXIT

🇪🇺  What will happen to my order and delivery after Brexit?

The UK and the EU have reached an agreement which continues to ensure free trade between the EU and UK. Nothing will change for our customers within the European Union, who will continue to receive deliveries without problem and will not be charged any extra.

Orders will be shipped from a warehouse located in the EU, you will not be charged any custom fees. The price displayed online at the point when you order will be the final price. No additional charges! (See standard delivery conditions)

🇬🇧 For the UK customers:

When the UK reached a trade deal with the EU at the end of December 2020, we were really happy to announce that nothing would change and that we would continue to deliver to the UK without any extra costs. But unfortunately, the reality is very different from what has been officially announced. 

Many of our products come from warehouses in the EU and all our UK customers are now facing extra imports and customs costs.

This week we have taken the difficult decision to stop all our sales to the UK due to  the extra costs and red tapes linked to our smart Government decision not to be part of the Single Market and the Customs Union.

We hope we can have a better view on the full process in a few weeks and reactivate our sales to the UK as soon as possible!

Which colour or texture? Order free samples !

There is an option to order samples for certain products.

Order free samples of leather, cashmere or fabric and get them for free to your home. 

On the product page, select the colour and click “order a sample”. The colour will automatically be added to your basket and you wi receive it in about 7 days to help you make the best choice! 

Our teams are also at your service to help or advise. 

*No wood, plastics, marble, or metals can be sent as samples.
