Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on whether the product is in stock or if we must custom produce it. 

Products in stock – delivery in max 15 days within the EU

Products which are in stock can be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

  • The stock status of each product is mentioned in the presentation sheet of each article.
  • This time depends on your location and the day of your order – our orders are prepared and shipped once a week
  • Stock availability will be indicated in the order confirmation

To deliver your order, we work with experienced delivery companies. These companies vary according to the country where you live and the size of your package.

These companies such as GLS, MYD, GEODIS, DPD or ZIEGLER, offer the possibility to track your package thanks to a tracking number which will be sent to you at the start from our warehouse. For some large deliveries, such as marble tables or sofas, we also use specialised delivery companies.

The packages can be delivered to the ground floor of your home, or to a delivery point close to you.

Custom products: 12 – 18 weeks in the EU

For all custom furniture, the delivery time can vary from 12 to 18 weeks.

  •          As soon as your order is confirmed on www.diiiz.com, it is registered on our system. Orders are grouped and then placed with our factories to proceed with their manufacture. This way of processing orders allows us to combine flexibility, costs and customisation of products in the most effective way.
  •          After the first quality control check, the pieces are sent to our warehouse. Once cleared, your order passes through our warehouse in the UK for a final quality control check. The goods are then ready to be delivered through Europe within 2 to 3 weeks.

The delivery will be delivered to the front door by our shipping partners. For bulky orders (marble tables, wooden tables, marble lamps, sofas, beds,...), please take the necessary measures or additional help to bring the boxes inside your home. If you have a special request, please contact us at [email protected] and mention your order number. We will ask our delivery partner if your request is feasible and its potential cost.

BREXIT

What happens to the delivery of my order after Brexit? 

🇪🇺 For European customers:  

Nothing will change for our customers within the European Union who will continue to be delivered without problems. Orders will be shipped from a warehouse located in the EU, you will not be charged customs fees. The price displayed online at the time of your order will be the final price.

🇬🇧 We continue to deliver to the UK.

Simulate your order with your delivery address and the site will automatically calculate the shipping costs.

Customs fees will have to be paid in accordance with the legislation in force in Great Britain following Brexit.
